“I wanted to create a safe haven for women, a sanctuary safe house where they can feel welcomed and never judged. A place that feels like home, where guests can experience a calming and eclectic warmth atmosphere that connects both inner and outer beauty. My goal is to help facilitate and manifest a more fulfilling life experience for every woman. I understand the importance of activating our inner goddess, which we often lose sight of due to stress, insecurities, and lack of self-love and care. It is my mission to help every goddess feel their best and see themselves in a new light, bringing them back to their homeostasis.” - Marisa Cuccia, CEO of Goddess Culture Salon Owner Bio “I began cutting my own and my sister's hair as soon as I was able to handle a pair of scissors. I have since acquired professional expertise in hairdressing, starting at the age of 16. Drawing inspiration from my parents, who were practitioners of holistic healing, I pursued a degree in biology with a minor in psychology. My initial aspiration was to follow in my father's footsteps and become a chiropractor. However, my desire to create a space reminiscent of the artistic environment I grew up in, with my two artist sisters and musically inclined mother, became the driving force behind the establishment of Goddess Culture Studios. Located in the vibrant community of Kings Park, Long Island, Goddess Culture Studios has evolved into a multifaceted creative hub, extending beyond its origins as a hair salon. We curate special events such as reiki healing, yoga sessions, and women in business gatherings. With 24 years of experience as a licensed hair stylist, I combine my passion for health and beauty with my background as a dancer and personal trainer.”
